About the Job
As a Business Development Associate, you will be working closely with Two Cities Group’s senior management in developing and launching new projects. The Business Development team will be involved in the property development process from beginning to the end. This is a versatile, well rounded, and hands-on role, suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and have a CAN DO attitude. Depending on your past experience / interests / qualification, your roles and responsibilities may include:
Evaluate and perform due diligence in TCG’s new land leads. Provide senior management with go / no go suggestions.
Work together with vendors such as architects, designers, engineers, and branding consultants to craft a suitable concept for the new projects. Manage the design process.
Initiate and implement new business initiatives, marketing strategies, partnerships and collaborations.
Work with other teams to ensure that projects are launched on schedule and in accordance to TCG’s standards
Other tasks as assigned.
About You
You are passionate and excited about properties. Great plus if you are an architect / interior designer looking to make the jump into property development!
You possess a good balance of creativity and analytical skills.
You are excited about learning new things and willing to be hands on and get your hands dirty!
You have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Finance or Architecture.
You are computer literate, quick to learn, adapt to new jobs / environment, and ready to pick up any slack even if it is out of your “scope”.

About the Job
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play the very important role of managing our procurement process and being the keeper of our budgets. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Pre-Contract Phase
Pre-qualify prospective contractors, vendors
Review construction plans, perform quantity take offs and design reviews
Prepare owner’s estimate, RAB, Bill of Quantity, and other tender documents and drawings
Manage tender process and negotiations with contractors and vendors.
Evaluate tender submissions and quotations by creating bid comparisons.
Maintain proper tender documentations for contract
Prepare LOI, contracts, and other administration for appointed contractors
Post-Contract Phase
Review monthly progress from contractors, perform site walk, joint table, issue Certificates of Payment
Provide management with monthly cost and cash flow report
Review and negotiate Variation Orders with contractor, issue addendums
Maintain good filing system
Other tasks as assigned
About You
Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
At least 3 (three) years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Past work experience in Property Development highly preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Highly motivated, detail oriented, and able to prioritize demands under high pressure and tight deadlines. Willing to go the extra mile to learn things beyond your prescribed scope of work
Good communication skill, negotiation skill, and presentation skill
Good problem solver with a CAN DO attitude!

Melakukan penjualan properti (perumahan) pada customer hingga tercapai target penjualan.
Mencari calon pembeli baru. Membina dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan calon pembeli.
Menggiring proses pembelian properti dari awal transaksi sampai dengan serah terima.
Membantu pembeli terkait administrasi pembelian properti, termasuk proses KPR, dari pengumpulan syarat-syarat KPR, pengajuan KPR sampai dengan proses Akad.
Memberikan calon pembeli sales experience yang baik, sesuai dengan visi dan misi Two Cities Group.
Aktif melakukan promosi dan penjualan melalui sosial media, website listing, kanvasing, roadshow, pameran dll
Mengupdate customer database dan melakukan laporan penjualan mingguan ke manager marketing.
About You
Minimal D3 / S1 semua jurusan
Memahami proses dan prosedur penjualan properti, termasuk proses legal, KPR, dan akad.
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam sales properti
Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab, daya juang, dan disiplin yang tinggi. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Penempatan di Buaran, Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. Menguasai daerah Serpong.
