Two Cities Group wins “Best Townhouse Architectural Design” at Indonesia Property Award 2024

Around 50 companies, spanning projects from Jabodetabek to Bali, gathered at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place to compete for accolades in property development and design, celebrating a decade of real estate excellence. We are pleased to announce that The Wynwood by Two Cities Group won the title of “Best Townhouse Architectural Design (Greater Jakarta)” at the Indonesia Property Award 2024 on Friday, 23rd August 2024. It was definitely a great honor to receive this award and we are deeply grateful to PropertyGuru for this special opportunity. We want to especially thank our lovely Twociteam, our architect and interior designer RUANGRONA, landscape architect Abyakta Landscape, and our talented vendors and suppliers who helped make this happen for The Wynwood Serpong.

About The Wynwood
The Wynwood, Serpong is a collection of 35 beautifully designed townhomes located in Serpong, Tangerang Selatan inspired by the vibrant art district of Miami, Florida. Our architect, RUANGRONA, combined contemporary architecture styles with modern tropical influences to create this compact yet functional home. This award is a testament of our commitment to creating a “world of beautiful buildings”! We look forward to seeing each and everyone of you at The Wynwood.
